They do the work of cooking, shucking and immediately packaging and freezing to retain freshness so all you have to do is thaw and add to your favorite dish! Or, add this product to the Lobster Bisque we offer to make it even more nutritious.
High tech flash frozen and vacuum sealed at peak freshness from the ocean. Items delivered moderately thawed on dry ice may be put directly into your freezer to keep at restaurant quality for up to nine months, or thaw under refrigeration prior to cooking. Product has three day refrigerated shelf life.
