2 per pack. Cleaned and ready to cook out of the bag. Soft shell crabs are blue crabs harvested from the mid Atlantic of the United States. Crabs are caught and stored in tanks, and then harvested immediately after they molt. Because the shells are soft, you can eat the entire crab, with no work involved in cleaning or de shelling.
Great sautéed or fried.
