Quick Prep Time Also:
Wash fish with cold water after allowing to thaw in the refrigerator or cold water only.  Use Essence spice or blacken with Cajun seasoning and bake for at 350 for 25-35 minutes of until opaque and flakes easily.  Shucked lobster is ready to add to your favorite dip or as is and warmed as desired.  Bake the Stuff Clams at 400 degrees for about 10-12 minutes and the Crab Cakes can be cooked in a skillet with a little oil or butter and even coated with more crumb coatings.  Internal temperature of 140 on Cakes and Stuffed Clams.
